• Additional cleaning during the stay if required (see notes below)

Not included:

• Tourist tax (billed directly by the Municipality of Champéry)
• Electricity billed directly by Romande Energie
• Additional cleaning services and linen changes upon request during the stay

Remarks

• Two maintenance inspections are scheduled (mid-January and end of February), with cleaning intervention if necessary
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property

The residence is located within a 6-minute walk of the ski lifts, the train station, and the COOP supermarket.
