TRADITION AND INNOVATION

Resolutely looking to the future, the Champéry real estate agency manages a portfolio of over 60 apartments and chalets available for rent, catering to both small and large budgets.

Sophia's primary goal is twofold: firstly, to give the rental properties a significant facelift to better accommodate and satisfy an increasingly demanding clientele; and secondly, to invest in hotel developments, thus addressing the issue of "cold beds," or properties that remain unoccupied.

In these times of profound change on all levels, her vision is to unite her projects under an economic, social, and environmental trilogy, which is essential to ensuring long-term development for the benefit of the entire Champéry community.

“It’s time to showcase the village’s exceptional assets,” she says. “The charm of a centuries-old village with its traditional architecture, the authenticity of its heritage, the rare and precious direct train access, the cultural and sports facilities such as the Palladium, multi-purpose halls, the ice rink for hockey and figure skating, curling lanes, tennis courts, via ferrata, tree adventure park, two swimming pools (one indoor), and, of course, the 200 ski lifts in the Portes du Soleil area, offering the world’s largest ski area in winter, and one of the finest European mountain biking destinations in summer."

Surrounded by a professional team, Avanthay & Partners SA ensures the continuity of the work started by René and Werner Avanthay, continuing to work actively for the benefit of both the guests and visitors of Champéry.
